Title: Time for a little smile Post by: Reg on August 11, 2013, 10:36:47 AM I think this is one thing I just thought of this afternoon while visiting Wings and Wheels, a very large fair and exhibition on the era's from WW I to Vietnam. I saw a little girl trying to get a model plane from her parents, and I started laughing.
My ex partner was almost 12 years younger. She looked very good for her age, but I don't show mine either it is said. Anyway my ex was saying I looked actually older but that was blablabla... . She was always pissed when people did give me 8 or more years younger. However... . She had this way of acting when we went shopping sometimes, playing a little girl, calling me daddy, Can I have this daddy ? I will be really nice if I can have it. Seeing the same behavior, this afternoon, I actually laughed out loud. Had to turn my face the other way, shook my head laughing. I guess you all know the thought that was coming in my head, yeah right, three years old, she actually acted like an emotional three year old and I didn't get the point at the time... . I found it really funny ! Have a great day ! Or make it a good one ! Reg Title: Re: Time for a little smile Post by: Perfidy on August 11, 2013, 11:01:30 AM My ex was sixteen years younger. She slept with stuffed animals. Called me daddy too. We joked about it a lot. I felt like a babysitter especially when she was having a temper tantrum. She was very low functioning. No job no real responsibility. No kids. No hobbies. No real friends. She was also addicted to meth. Man! I sure miss her!
Title: Re: Time for a little smile Post by: Reg on August 11, 2013, 03:44:59 PM I most certainly don't LOL - this late afternoon I was told she had actually recycled the alcoholic borderline she was with earlier this year, and I'm so happy for her. As she doesn't want treatment she can tell again the world how badly others did treat her whe it ends in fiasco again. Nobody is going to take her serious anymore. So glad I'm out of this situation. *)
No hobbies, borderline friends, a kid that she's putting into this ___, no responsability, so right ! |
