Title: keeping my head

exBPDg/f head me blocked on facebook i have here blocked everyother way cell home phone and so on. she messaged me on facebook tonite about a post i put there a couple weeks ago about two of my dogs that died.

at frist i was thiking she was just being nice by saying she was sorry to hear that but then it hit she had to unblock me to have been able to see that and had go a ways down the the page to see that.

shes changed her profile pic from here and new b/f to her and her best g/f. still has one pic of her and new guy on the page all the other are of just her and were taken here in my yard or at places i was at with her.

really just posting this to clear my head and not reply i know i really cant know what shes thinking or why she really messaged me. i just dont want to fall into the cycle again.  i know where it will lead me. i know how i will feel

Exactly. You know that giving in would only lead to feeling worse. Stay strong. Focus on YOU.

YEP!  Don't go there my friend.  Definitely fishing to see what kind of response she can milk out of you and if there is any potential to get some of her immediate and self soothing needs met.

May be about that time to block her on FB on your end.

Agree with Lady, blocking her on your end gives you the control. I'd recommend it! Good on you for staying strong.
