I didn't answer it. No voicemail was left. This is already several times this has happened since she left me. I wasn't getting calls like this when I was with her. Most likely a family/friend of hers cell calling to see if I changed my number. As I feared... .this will only increase. She did in the NC period when she first left me too. Similar behavior. There are enough rogue tele-marketers where their number comes up that way and they don't leave messages. I've been getting those calls lately, too. Not sure if it's a new thing for them now.
Here's a thought... .if it's her borrowing a phone, call the number now and see who answers. You don't have to talk to them... .you can just say you received a call from their phone and was wondering if it was someone dialing a wrong number. If the call was made earlier, she probably wouldn't have their phone now. It will at least put your mind at ease. Title: Re: Another unrecognized number calling my phone. That could be a possibility too. Only reason I think it is her is because she has done this before. The disguised text I received that was made to look like spam has heightened my vigilance since... .that one originated 3 blocks from her house. |
