Title: Painfully slow process... Post by: Mike76 on October 03, 2013, 08:20:47 PM My BPD wife has not told me yet she has BPD, only she has a diagnoses. She calls it "ineffective stability", she has told me about symptoms of the BPD.
The MC does not know I know of the BPD. I said at MC tonight how I am struggling with only getting details from my the diagnoses. I said I have read things in the past and I often afraid I am going to say to much or to little. Later we were talking and the MC mention SET. Support – Empathy – Truth. I said " I have read about in the past". I followed it up with I have a concern, using my words very carefully... ."You have doctors, for you eyes, other doctors for you back, etc. You also have psychologist that can help with different types of issues. I know nothing of your T, or the diagnoses, but I concerned your T may not be able to help. " The MC whom works with my wifes T, gave me a blank stare. No because of the question I asked, but unsure of how to answer. My wife was completely confused and angered my this question. The MC then said "He loves you and wants the best care for you. Some doctors or better than others" Back to the SET comment from the MC, I guess it is time to read up again. Title: Re: Painfully slow process...
