This is in excellent video that lasts about 48 minutes and is designed for a wide audience. It has US experts on BPD such as Marsha Lineham who is behind DBT therapy. It also features (from memory) 4 recovered adults who had BPD who describe their experiences and it includes Kiera Van Gelder, the author of the book, The Buddha and the Borderline.
