Title: BPD and abuse of the legal system Post by: swimjim on November 15, 2013, 07:30:12 PM Anyone else have a exBPDgf file game restraining orders and false police reports on you when they were done with you. I have never had as much as a speeding ticket My whole life. This woman lifted me higher than I could ever imagine. I am so devistated. I was all proven wrong in the court of law. However, I still don't get how she reached such hatred. This has almost destroyed me. My self confidence is gone. She already has a replacement. I struggle so much.

Title: Re: BPD and abuse of the legal system Post by: swimjim on November 15, 2013, 07:45:03 PM I'm very codependent. I think I can find a rationale explanation for all her actions. She can ,also I'm sure. But I can't. I am struggling. She used to beg me to marry her but I wouldnt. Sorry for the misspelled. Just trying to make sense.

An officer called me while she was there (I verified that it was from a police station because I didn't believe it). He asked me to never contact her friends or her friends again. This was the day after I suggested to her that she was BPD. I never in a million years thought she was capable of doing something like that. I am curious as to why many of them do this. Is it because they lose the control and this is their way of taking it back (in their minds)?
Title: Re: BPD and abuse of the legal system Post by: swimjim on November 16, 2013, 05:09:02 AM Thanks Waifed for your respond. I wonder also if it is a way to take back control. I feel that I am stuck in a mental loop trying to make sense of it even 10 months later. I will never understand what she did.
Title: Re: BPD and abuse of the legal system Post by: Baylor218 on November 16, 2013, 09:13:34 AM i was very concerned my ex with uBPD would try to get one against me. I have over 4 tapes of recorded phone calls, and saved every text and email.
Out divorce became final this past summer. Her hit below the belt came with custody of our kids. I wanted joint custody. In 2005 I suffered a brain injury that left me with minor form of seizures, migraines, and some memory issues. I have gotten better every year and went from 4 meds to 1. I havent had a seizure in 2 years. She knew all of this. Before my injury, I was a police officer. Back in 99 I was involved in a shooting and was diagnosed with PTSD. I have been seeing a therapist since 2000. I never missed any work due to my PTSD and was even promoted afterwards. She also knew all of this. The point Im trying to make is that she filed papers with the courts saying I shouldnt have the kids because of of my injury and PTSD. She went on for 5 pages saying what a brain dead monster I am. Even though after my injury, I became Mr. mom and took care of my kids every day. The judge saw through it and it didnt work but I had to go to all my Dr's and therapist and have them write letters saying I could parent my kids. Was a very difficult time. And during the entire process, I never mentioned her 2 year addiction with prescription drugs or her rehab. Yet she had no problem demonizing me. I know my ex is doing everything she can to make my life difficult. It took me a while to see it but Im always guarded with her. Hope this helps and good luck. |
