Title: Just wanted to say

Don't be afraid of the bad days. They will come. Embrace them, and face it head on.

I'm still pretty fresh out of the relationship, so I still have quite a few down days here and there. Even after going weeks of feeling happy and optimistic, a bad day will come out of nowhere and hit me like a ton of bricks.

But don't let it set you back. Because some of the most beautiful days, and biggest steps toward recovery, for me, have come after the days where I felt the most pain. It can feel like you're digging for days, in the darkest of holes, wondering when you'll finally see daylight. I promise, it will come if you keep pushing forward, and it will be something special.

The best meal you eat is always when you're the hungriest.
