Title: Made a Mistake
Post by: Pretty Woman on November 16, 2013, 10:47:32 AM
Yesterday I made a big mistake.  I am not proud if it at all.

I sent my ex an email (since she has blocked all other forms of communication).  I could not find my spin shoes and asked if she had them to please put them between my door.  I also mentioned I had a box of diet shakes I was throwing out and I would leave them.  If she wanted them fine if not that was ok.

I came home expecting the box to be there.  It was gone.  I don't think she has my shoes nothing waa left.

I should have just bought new and forgot the email.  Funny how someone tells you they want nothing to do with you ever stops over and picks up a freebie.

Hi earth angel,

We've all made mistakes – nothing to be proud/unproud of.    Now that you've seen her reaction, you have more information.  Knowledge is power.

Heartandwhole,

I am not sure about her reaction only that a normal person that wants nothing to do with you wouldn't respond or show up.  The whole thing is mind boggling.

Do you think I have to worry about her re engaging again? I can't go through this anymore.

It only stops when you stop it.     It is taking me quite a few times to learn this lesson.  I still may mess up again.

Victims of BPD tend to be hypercritical of themselves. What was your mistake? Acting normal? Consider this one of the most liberating experiences of your life. You will learn that by ignoring her, you will have the ability to drain her power, and flip her script.
