I thought some of you on the forum might relate to this as I did.  Forgiveness i'm not so sure , I don't know if that is in the cards, but I think I am becoming more and more indifferent.

What a terrific article!    I embrace that.  And in here it translates so well to the processes that we all struggle with.  I use my LC to make me see the BPD for what it is.  Every text hurts, but it hurts less each time.  Three days now, and no crying.  That's improvement!

T-wing, Im glad the article has found you. I also thought it spoke well to the process that many struggle with after these types of relationships.
