Title: BPD womans reaction to her lover suddenly disappearing? Post by: some guy on December 15, 2013, 03:43:45 AM For the sake of this post lets assume we are talking about a borderline woman who is "in love" with a man who never truly reciporicates her love back. This borderline woman and the man who rejected her have been intimate for at least 7 years. The man that rejected her never gave her a relationship nor did he once ever tell her he loved her no matter how many times she asked for either. She stuck around for years in the hopes that one day he would be with her and remained obsessed with him.
After years of her waiting the mans interest in the borderline woman beings to wane. The borderline woman sees this and so she decides to gets into a rebound relationship with another man to supplement her need for validation. She still continues to contact, spend time, and be intimate with the man she loved first. What would the borderline woman's reaction be if the man who rejected her all of a sudden disappeared from her life? No explanation, no closure, no contact. He just disappeared one day from the borderline woman's life and made no effort to respond to any of her attempts to reach out and contact him? How long would it take for the borderline to move on and stop trying to contact that man if that borderline felt she was "in love" with him for years? What if that man decided to come back into her life and contact her 3-6 months after he disappeared? Title: Re: BPD womans reaction to her lover suddenly disappearing? Post by: Pearl55 on December 15, 2013, 04:28:18 AM Normally borderlines must win and women borderlines are better than men with disorder in this chasing game. It's a very general question and depends on what social statues you have or what benefits she might get from this relationship!
They normally crave something that they can't have but they will lose interest as soon as they have it! They are very vengeful and generally you can't win over a borderline because there is a no win situation with them! Title: Re: BPD womans reaction to her lover suddenly disappearing?
