So, we talked a lot about music, etc.  He sent me this song on through Utube, and simply said... . this is one of my favorite songs.  It was "I'm Like A Bird" by Nelly Furtado... . So, I was like oh, I love that song too babe.  I do and loved the melody, but never really got the gest of the lyrics until today... . it came on the radio, and it was an WOW moment!

My ex udBPD and I got back together right before tomorrowworld in Atlanta this past September. The 4 hour drive down was so much fun, talking listening and listening to music.  She wanted to hear this song by Morgan Page called the longest road... . It wasnt until this past November after she left me for someone else that lives 2000 miles away that I fully understood the lyrics... .

Holy Crap Livin4Me... .

I never really paid attention to the lyric of "I'm Like a Bird" and I've sang it in the car a thousand times.  I'm certainly having a WOW moment.  Thank you 

I know right, lady!  That is why I was casually saying, yea, I love that song too baby... . not realizing the back story was so strong!  I just liked the dang song.  Which didn't mean a lot... . until today! Then it made my heart break, knowing (or thinking) gosh, this is how he really feels.

Hybrid, who is the person/group who recorded that song?  I would like to go look it up and hear it.

Honestly all I listen to is electronic music.  Its amazing that many of the songs with lyrics are about broken relationships or the yearn for love.  My therapy is going to edm shows and fesitvals and just being me for what I am.  Seriosuly, Im going to Mexico City in 3 weeks to visit friends and then goto a festival outside the city.  Then I will go back a few weeks later for EDC Mexico, then in May im goin to mysteryland in NY, then in june EDC Las Vegas, and july Tomorrowland in Belgium.  I dont goto a therapist for my therapy, I listen to this music and I goto these shows.  People if you havent heard of these events, or this music... . listen to it! It has worked for me.

My perception... . The reasons why most songs are composed is due to deep emotions.  There are the feel good songs, which is also due to deep emotions.  Anyway, as a songwriter (composer), I must say that when things effect me deeply.  It will bring out a song, sometime good, sometimes bad... . but it is a beautiful way to express yourself!

I would love more song texts! They make me cry too.
