If you've been out of a relationship with a pwBPD for a while check out some of the YouTube videos of the sufferers. Gave me flashback. I needed the reminders just so I could extend my gratitude list. I'm glad that I'm out of that crap.

What a great vehicle for them to find public validation!  maybe it did something for you,  but I  wouldn't give Any of them the satisfaction of even one extra view.

By sufferers, do you mean the people they have hurt?

Glad you're out of that crap, too.

Anyone looking for flashbacks can have some of mine.

I have been out of the BPD r/s for quite a while now, over ten months. Zero contact for five months. Healing, my mind is leveling out. No drama or chaos. Starting to forget. I don't want to become complacent. I don't want to re-live the trauma. My PTSD is becoming less noticeable. I am more objective now and the disorder is clearer to me. When I was living with it things weren't so clear. Now I see.
