Me: "Just click on the windows button, it's on the bottom of the keyboard, and it will come up again" (it's Win 8 with their pretty dumb interface) Wife: "I can't! Do you know how tired I am! I didn't sleep for so many nights! You will have to show me another time." Me scratching my head and laughing quietly. Their frustrations are of prime importance. Its not their fault/problem, you fix it. Everyone is making their life difficult.
Tomorrow you show her and that just validates her assumption, sets the pattern.
