I've been reading a lot and alternating between sand play therapy and EMDR. I ran across this blog and loved it right away. It's written by Gail Meyers who grew up with an NPDm and writes about it well. I thought of the people here and deemed it good enough to share. |iiii

Between a blog post about double binds, and Gail's thoughts about what I just went through this past year, very very timely stuff. Thank you.
