Title: Stipulation Approved by the Court Post by: newlymarried on March 20, 2014, 11:32:10 AM BPDbiomom now only has kiddo every other weekend. There are no more extended breaks. My DH now has sole decision making regarding kiddo. When the stipulation was signed, all BPDbiomom cared about was if she had to pay child support. I am very excited because the sphere of influence that the crazy has, just was made minuscule. As a part of the stipulatin, if BPDbiomom fails to comply, there is a call for immediate mediation at her expense.
