Title: I'm not believing it.
Post by: buddy1226 on March 24, 2014, 10:18:45 PM
I'm a real estate appraiser in the capitol city in my state. I cover 10 counties and today I get an order to do an appraisal right across the street from where my ex lives. I only know she lives there because some of the court docs has her address on them. I knew at some point I would have to go into that neighborhood for work.

Two weeks ago she called the cops for a handful of emails I sent so I called that cop and told him about my assignment. I even emailed him the order form. He chuckled a bit.

I'm not concerned but I do get a little nervous thinking about going over there. We have been NC for a few weeks now. I still miss her and get angry at times but nothing like it was. I'm also seeing someone. I'm nowhere ready for a relationship but it's nice to have someone to hang out with and get attention from. It actually makes me realize how crazy my ex and our relationship was. I can't believe I hung around for that sh!t. What a waste of time. I despise her for the most part. I have to get rid of that. I don't want to be that guy.

Tell your boss and see if someone else can do it. Nothing good is going to come out of this

I'm a one man show. I can't afford to turn the work down either. It takes about 20 minutes to do what I have to do at the house. I can schedule while she is working.
