Title: Waiting to hear if Willow Springs accepts 13yod Post by: christi13 on March 28, 2014, 04:08:51 PM I feel so grateful to have read all of the stories on this board. My 13yodd is (hopefully) going to be admitted to a residential adolescent DBT program next week. We have tried therapy for a year, and things have not been getting better. They may in fact be getting worse.
I have a couple of questions for parents with kids in RTC. #1 How did you get your kids to RTC, how soon did you tell them they were leaving? #2 Do you think RTC was/is the best option for your child? Also, if anyone has had experience with Willow Springs in Reno I would love to know about your experiences there. |
