Title: Saw the exBPD with her replacement
Post by: Lamaiel on April 18, 2014, 12:00:14 AM
Hey folks, I need your insight here.

I saw my exBPD for the first time tonight since she suddenly broke up with me 2 months ago after a 6 month r/s.  We had talked occasionally via text and Facebook over the last 2 months, but this was the first time I had seen her in person.

Of course she was there with my replacement, the guy she met before she dumped me... . typical story there.

She saw me from across the room, and with her replacement next to her, continuously stared me down for several hours.  She also decided to send me 7 or so text messages that I didn't respond to including "how are you?" To "did you leave?, when I stepped outside for a moment. When I didn't respond, she said "ok I see how it is".

What should I make of this behavior?   . Is this to be expected?

I would say that it is to be expected if they haven't painted you black. She may use you again when things get bad with the replacement if she thinks there is any chance at charming  you back in. I hope you can refrain from getting sucked back in? Good job in not responding to her texts. Stay strong.

It's awkward to cross paths with your Ex, I understand, but maybe you can be grateful that it's your replacement, not you, in the r/s with her.  Bombarding you with 7 text messages is typical BPD behavior, in my view.  Time to move on, my friend.  LuckyJim
