Title: Do They Stop Cheating When They Grow Older? Post by: Willingtolearn on May 11, 2014, 02:24:32 PM A question that often comes to mind is, when pwBPD grow older do they "calm down" and stop cheating? For instance would they still cheat on their partner when they are in their 60's for instance?

I'm not sure there's a clinical answer (and, if there was, I'm not qualified to give it); that said, I think there's a range of experience for everyone. What prompts the question? I've read that as they become less desirable they focus more on patriarchal and maternal roles and abuse their kids. My exBPD had the sort of mother (apparently) that used to control her and vet her friends. Of course all BPDs have evil mothers. |
