No one who has not walked this road can understand the blood, sweat and tears that have gone into raising our children. For all the well- meaning advice from friends and family we have put up with, for the abuse we have faced from our children, for our struggles to obtain help for them, for our ability to keep loving under impossible circumstances, I honour us all.
