Title: helping captn save a ho save himself.
Post by: Blimblam on June 02, 2014, 12:16:27 AM
So I realized today That I am a captn save a ho.  I like taking the role of saving and protecting things I guess it gives me meaning in life.  So, borderline waifs have been the kinds of girls I almost always end up with.

I realize I need to change myself There must be something wrong with me to endure such hardships.  I need to save myself now.

are there any sections or leads pertaining on healing myself?

I accept that I must have my own mental illness to have been so destroyed by a pwBPDso.  If There wasn't something off within me I certainly would have run for the hills.

Hi Blimblam

I found looking through the personal inventory board a good resource for self discovery.

Also this link is a good one too. Our Dysfunctional Relationships with Others (https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=108440.0) I got alot out of the karpman triangle perspective.

hope this helps.
