Title: False police report for domestic violence. What I am supposed to do? Post by: Spacedog on June 11, 2014, 02:49:18 PM My mother just called to tell me that the police came to her house looking for me to serve an injunction for domestic violence. I haven't been anywhere near her! I am beyond furious and don't what to do. I can't afford an attorney and she knows that. She happens to be an attorney, btw. Should I contact the state bar? She sent me a text a few weeks ago threatening to kill me. I didn't file a police report when it happened because I know it's her BPD talking, but she crossed a line this time.

Her BPD is part of her. That part of her will hurt you in reality. The police are likely still looking for you. Get over to the Legal Board to get some advice on this ASAP. If you can provide an alibi for your activities for the questioned time period, it would be good to get that set up now, and find a trusted friend you can keep copies with to be safe on the chance you might be arrested. |
