Title: Great Weekend
Post by: grover11 on July 14, 2014, 11:46:56 AM
Well I had the best weekend in a while. My oldest son whom hadn't talked to me in 3 months texted me midweek to let me know he was getting an apartment with his girlfriend and asked if he could see me.Of course I told him "absolutely" . He picked me up from work Friday and we went to my place and hung out for a while then we (me, him and my other son) went to look at an apartment he wanted to see. On the way home we saw a Vintage car show. We got home, ate and went to see my wifes brother's band play at a local bar. All in all it was really good, we never talked about the breakup or his mom. We just hung out, and he called me the next day too so I think things with him are going to be ok.

I also found out it looks like my wife is agreeing to what I offered financially so I get to keep my pension. We had all contact through text which was good, she was pretty sarcastic but I just ignored the sarcasm and was happy to see that we just might be able to end this without too much fighting and no lawyers.
