Title: Blocking on Facebook?
Post by: RedDove on July 26, 2014, 02:21:47 PM
This is a general question, how do I block my ex BPDbf on Facebook? I unfriended him on FB a month ago. I am going on 14 days of NC since I broke up with him. Is there a way to block him on FB so I can't see his page? Need to remove the "temptation", but don't want to see his FB page in the process of blocking him. Thank you in advance!

go to "Settings" and there's a section called "Blocking". It's super easy.  :)

Thanks Artisan and ilovestrawberries! I figured out how to block my ex BPDbf on FB. Trying to protect myself from being recycled. After everything I've read, staying NC is the "best" way to do so! It's too tempting to want to look to see what he's up to with the OW! I can't deal with that pain, it would set me back and I'm too vulnerable right now!
