Title: Telling on Myself
Post by: nolisan on August 12, 2014, 05:34:07 PM
So last night I was on Facebook and noticed a familiar name on "People You Might Know".

The exBPDgf! I'm two months short of 2 years NC and doing well. (how the heck did FB know that I might know her?... .a little spooky)

I have to admit curiosity got the better of me and  I clicked on her profile. No big deal - she has changed her hair style and color - about 10 friends.

I stopped before I started "investigating" her friends.

So ... .I am just telling on myself - not beating myself up. I am going to resist any urges to look again, or parish the thought, send her a friend request.

That's all for now ... .back to the present moment.

Thanks for asking.

Yep ... .brought back some memories - good and bad.

I'm at a place now of accepting how things happened and played out. I have compassion for both of us.

Still love her but know I can never be with her - for both of our sakes.

You know, I think this is as good as it gets in acceptance  |iiii
