Title: work getting involved now Post by: Infern0 on August 22, 2014, 06:21:45 PM We both work in the same company, and she has made 37 calls to my cell from the work phone and got busted for it. I got asked what was going on and so I was honest but succinct, that we were having personal issues and should not have let them effect work. I even tried to take the blame off her but work are saying she made the calls so it's her who's got to take the fall.
Now she was given only a verbal warning. But then she breaks NC AGAIN to tell me it's all MY fault etc etc. An hour later she's had a panic attack and there's an ambulance there. I hear this and lose it too and my boss ends up having to calm me down on the phone while I'm jabbering like a madman about how I can't do it anymore. I'm being sent to counselling over this and I can't get my head straight. I worked with my BPDex too and it was such a mess. It sounds like your boss should have a pretty good idea that she is the one who is truly messed up in the head. Hopefully, this will play out in your favor. Regardless, it is so so important that you get has far away from her as possible.
