BEFORE BPD

non - a prefix

painted - something I did to my house.

black and white - newspapers, zebras, referees, oldtime photographs

projection - a PowerPoint presentation on a screen - aka old school overhead projector.

NC - state abbreviation for the US state of North Carolina

recycle - what I do to cans, bottles and cardboard packaging on daily basis

BPD -  the Police Dept. of a city or town that begins with the letter 'B'.

AFTER BPD 

nons - becomes a plural noun now, which designates people without a personality disorder.

painted - when a pwBPD 'sees' you in a different light to match their feelings at the time.

black and white - the polar opposites of 'evil' 'bad' 'cruel' and 'joy' 'good' 'kind'. The two colors in which 'nons' are painted. The only two colors a pwBPD has in their emotional palette.

projection - the placement of guilt, shame upon another person who is the not the cause of either.

NC - no contact. Maintain this for YOUR OWN health and protection after the end of r/s.

recycle - what happens to nons when they break NC because they are suddenly and unknowingly painted white. 

BPD - a serious mental illness that warrants understanding by nons to ensure their own self-esteem, as well as knowledge from forums such as this one to gain insight, receive support in how to conduct our AFTER BPD selves in the hopes of healing and personal growth.
