Title: My ex BPD does not act like others described
Post by: In Pain on September 04, 2014, 11:49:21 PM
My ex BPD does not act like others described.

When we were together she displayed all the typical characteristics mentioned, to the extreme.

Now that she has broken off our 18 month relationship and I have gone NC. I have not heard one word from her in 7 weeks.

She is dating a new guy, but ... .no attempts towards me at all.

I know most of you would be happy with this, but I really do wish she would make contact.

I feel that since she closed the door, she needs to be the one to open it. If I contact her, it will mean a sign of weakness to her and she will have total control.

Is it possible she is that strong ?

In previous breakups she always contacted me within 24 hours.

Still jonesing for her.

I'm sorry but truly it's the same, she has moved on to the next victim. If they fight or break up she might call you if she needs something.

I broke up with mine just over 4 weeks ago, he has been quiet and leaving me alone for last two weeks.

I don't want to hear anything from him.

She will probably be back once things inevitably go wrong with the replacement,  it all depends on if there is another supply avaliable when that happens.  If not you will get the call.

Mine doesmt contact me either - no replacement as far as I know. 14 weeks now. Previously all recycle attempts have been within 3 weeks. I'm not contacting him.
