I am filling out my first parenting plan and I am having a difficult time with how I should word certain sections. In the restrictions section I want to add that I don't want my daughter around and alcohol or drugs. Legal or not. My husband and I are completely clean and sober and have been for over 4 yrs. But my daughter's father drinks often and uses marijuana on a daily basis. In WA marijuana is legal now but I do not think that my ex should be able to drink or smoke pot in front of my daughter, which I know he has in the past because she has told me that he smokes it in the house in front of all of his kids. And when I go to his house to pick up or drop off my daughter, I can smell it the moment the door opens.
