Title: Question About No Contact
Post by: uncrx on October 02, 2014, 07:37:16 PM
No contact has been empowering to me and has allowed me to begin to heal from a 5 year relationship with a BPD. Although my exBPD gf attempted to manipulate a response or reaction from me after I ended the relationship, I gave her nothing and have maintained NC for six weeks.

I understand how no contact  could inflict serious injury to a Narcissist but does it have the same impact on a Borderline?

It's hurtful and sends the message that the person is toxic and perhaps sub-human. It's an extreme measure to detach and heal for ourselves.

Are you asking a narcissistic injury to a pwBPD?
