Can someone explain please what is intimacy in BPD ?

It's what they crave just like love, but being close to them triggers all kinds of negative core emotions that cause them to push you away.  All my BPDxgf wants in her life is intimacy/love but she'll be chasing that the rest of her life because her love is 100% conditional based on her needs.  The traditional definition of 'intimacy' really can't be applied to BPD.  That's my two cents anyway.
