I found myself after 8 months. I went through therapy with 3 T and P, I was still hurting not as badly but still hurting.

After reading this thread, i saw what i couldn't see. I found what I was looking for. I read what i was searching for.

I saw a person that was kind, compassionate and very loving, kept giving in to his exGF's rubbish for 13 years and never gave up on her, was abandoned by her and yet kept hoping for her to come back (impossible though  lol) Then i cried, I pitied that person, it was me. It wasn't her and all. I threw myself into the FOG, got lost in it and ended up here.
