It is about no texting, emailing, social media, dating sites, driving by their house. It truly removes the craziness to focus on you. It may help you to go back and read through the lessons... .Congrats on taking control to help yourself.
N/C for me 9 weeks... .feeling stronger everyday and starting to look at me more not the BPD.
