Title: More good days than bad - Thanks to controlling my mind
Post by: Trog on December 29, 2014, 02:50:19 PM
Does anyone use the works of Eckhart Tolle to help them stop going over and over the old ground with the ex?

The power of now and the soul series videos have been so helpful to me, today I've had a great day and this week has been by far the most positive and normal week I've had for 6 months.

Does anyone else practise mindfulness to help quiet the constant self questioning?

Yes to practicing mindfulness -- it's a huge help.

I like Jon Kabat-Zinn's book, Wherever You Go, There You Are, which is an excellent guide to mindfulness meditation.
