Title: My daughter has just been diagnosed with BPD Post by: GarryR on January 30, 2015, 11:15:52 PM Hi, my 17 year old daughter has just been diagnosed with BPD. We have suspected it for some time now and are relieved that a name can be put to it which describes most of her behaviour. I am interested in how to parent for someone like her who gets triggered so easily. thanks Garry

When it comes to dealing with BPD, knowledge truly is power. Since when have you suspected there was something going on with your daughter? And what led up to her being diagnosed? You say your daughter gets triggered easily, are there any triggers in particular that you can identify? What would you say are her most problematic or concerning behaviors?
