Title: Nons-Do you find winter to be more challenging for you and your pwBPD?

Personally, I can count on a meltdown or major episode during the winter season. In my case, boredom and facebook overcome my wife when the weather shuts us in. If I could plot a pareto diagram of notable issues, the winter months are the worst for frequency and severity.

What are your thoughts? Do you see a conflict increase beyond normal BPD behavior from Nov thru May?

Absolutely! Except I'm way down south so it's Nov-Feb. November is when he starts unraveling. His behavior becomes more erratic, reckless and impulsive. December is his month of shame, remorse and regrets. January is numb - he's somewhat emotionless. Peaks in February with anger, aggression and depression. Ends by March.

I'm counting down the days now... .  :)

Mine left me both times during the cold snowy spring.  Brings back bad memories. Wonder how she is doing this winter
