Title: Replaced by someone on the other side of the world Post by: Terrychango on February 05, 2015, 10:41:31 AM My Ex GF has seemingly recyled and is now seeing her Ex. Only thing is her EX lives in Canada and she lives in the UK.
Has anyone got experience of a long distance BPD r/s, can it even work, or does it just make it all the more easier for them too have multiple things on the go? For some reason I am feeling a little edgy at the moment because i know my EX has started treatment recently for her mental health issues and I dont know what to do if/when she does re-appear! Everyone is different, of course. But a long-distance relationship can be great for a pwBPD - it keeps the intimacy at bay naturally through distance, and allows them to more easily have other relationships on the side if they want. You say you're feeling edgy because your exgf might reappear, and you don't know what to do if that happens. Why does the idea of her contacting you make you worry? What are the possible scenarios? Title: Re: Replaced by someone on the other side of the world Post by: Terrychango on February 05, 2015, 11:51:50 AM Well I don't know if I want the R/S or not anymore, When we first started dating I let her carry on the R/S with the other Girl but then about 3 months in i told her i did not like it, she broke it off bc she said just wanted me.
My Ex GF is actually a bit scared of most men, I was one of the few exceptions but I now think that she may have created that fear in her head about me, I don't know if I could see her look at me that way... . |
