BPD. there is a diagnosis of other conditions but this one is the one I feel is affecting us the most. I don't know were to start.

Knowing that others understand the struggle and anguish does make it easier to cope. Being able to vent where people understand makes a big difference. There's a lot of tools here, so read up on them. I've also found a few good books that have helped me understand and sort out my own feelings. But, number one is to take care of yourself. Most of us "nons" have trouble with this but it's essential to getting through it.

evergreen and penguin, finding out that what you’re dealing with is BPD can be a shock and a relief at the same time. You’ve found a really good place for support. The lessons to the right and the support from the members here can help you to become more knowledgeable about BPD and help you learn how to protect yourself from it. The recommended books are good too. It’s a lot to take in, but give yourself time. |
