I was looking for an adult attachment quiz for myself, and I found this blog and video. If this post is moved that's OK, but I am posting it here rather than in the general BPD information section because I feel like it is relevant to the painful questions people ask here on the "Leaving" board - did he/she ever really love me? Do they ever regret their actions? How can they do this to someone? How can he/she appear to "move on" so quickly while I am lying here a total wreck (answer, they stash all the negative feelings in the "bad" part of the split) Some people in the comments on the video took issue with the "grapefruit" visual aid but I personally found it really helpful.
