Title: Friends and Family DBT Group
Post by: Recycle on March 02, 2015, 10:40:47 AM
Hi everyone

I am fortunate enough to have a "Friends and Family DBT Group" near me. I was wondering if anyone has ever attended such a group? It's not group therapy, per se. See the link below for more information.

Hi to you too Recycle

This group sounds interesting and seems like a potentially valuable extension of a support network. I haven't attended a group like this myself, but I am very interested in hearing more about your experiences. Have you been to a meeting yet? If you have, what was it like? Do you feel like attending these meetings makes it easier for you to deal with your BPD mom and/or the stress she causes you?
