Hello Papillon11,

We are so glad to  have you join us!

It is great that you are working on rebuilding your relationship with your daughter, how old is she?

We have the information on validation that can help you improve communication with your daughter.

Does your daughter live with you or nearby?

Here is a link to get you started Validate the Valid (https://bpdfamily.com/parenting/03.htm)

There is a link to an awesome video there.  We also have a workshop you can glean from and participate in.

What is the most difficult aspect for you to deal with regarding your relationship with your daughter right now?

I look forward to hearing more about your story and learning how to help.

Hi Papillon11,

I'm glad you're rebuilding your relationship with your daughter, and are looking to hone your validation skills. I'm trying to do the same thing you are, to get better at validation, and keep learning new things all the time as I get better at this.

How is your daughter doing? Has she undergone any treatment or been in therapy?

Please tell us more when you're comfortable doing so, and let us know how things are going for you.
