Title: Almost 90 Days NC Post by: NonAverageJoe on April 07, 2015, 05:40:37 PM Almost ninety days NC and I get a call about her oil change appointment tomorrow at nine am. I'm not triggered and I'm completely fine.
I'm posting here because I wanted to call her and say, "Please remove my number from all your accounts. I'm not handling things for you anymore and I don't want to be reminded of you." I gave them her cell and advised to not call my number as we're seperated. It made me wonder why she wouldn't update her number for an important appointment.
Either way, I simply gave the correct contact info so they can update their records and circumvent calling ex and telling her to minimize the chance of conflict. But I figured if I didn't return the call they'd eventually quit calling me. Which they did. I decided ANY response (even me calling the doctor's office directly) could somehow get back to him and reinforce his (bad) behavior. GOOD FOR YOU! I keep reminding myself NO RESPONSE = NO RESPONSE :)

I am at day #83 since I responded to UxBPDbf. Today is day #10 of NC from his end (the longest he has gone since I ended r/s). Woo-hoo! Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of the day we met. I am PRAYING we get through the day with NO CONTACT from him. Fingers crossed. |
