Title: Can't sleep. I think my ex wife is stalking me? Post by: LeonVa on April 12, 2015, 11:05:03 PM Hello All:
First of all, a bit background. I've recently filed for divorce with my suspected BPD wife, we have a 2.5 year old son together. My final draw came when she called cops on me, alleged that I threatened her which I HAVE NOT done it at all, in fact, I was asking her to calm down, that made her flipped out. I've only been home for under 5 minutes when it happened. That was it for me. If I continued on, who knows what will happen the next time, end up in jail and possibly loose all my custody? I basically asked for divorce right after the cops left, she packed up all her stuff and moved out. Took my son with her. Anyway, so I've noticed in the past week, she has been back twice. First time, she parked her car far away and I saw her from the inside that she was walking towards my house, then disappeared when I came out. Second time was tonight, which I can't be sure if it was her as it got dark and I could be paranoid, but a car stopped on the street in front of my house, still running and not moved for a good 2 minutes, when one of our neighbor came back, took off immediately. Has anybody met with this type of situation? Btw, since she moved out, she has been surprisingly "normal" and reasonable most of the time other than this one time, due to I visited our son's new childcare because I wanted to talk to the teacher, she wrote me two long emails about how it's me that broke up the family and me being selfish... ended the emails calling me a sob. So i'm really puzzled as to why she comes back secretively. What is there to see? It's not like I cheated on her or anything... (in fact, I think she cheated on me, but I'm too tired to care) Thanks Title: Re: Can't sleep. I think my ex wife is stalking me? Post by: letmeout on April 12, 2015, 11:53:14 PM There is no way to see into their heads to hear how they think. My ex once said that if anyone could hear the way he thinks, the authorities would lock him up forever and throw away the key.
So I know BPDs can not think the way that we think. Seems that some like to stalk, like mine did, and some of them just walk. But if you let them, they will reengage and the crazy will continue. I'm keeping my mouth shut about these events and such give her no opportunities to engage me unnecessarily.
I'm going to limit our communications to emails and text only. I'm making a policy to only talk to her if it's related to my son, but jez, 15.5 more years to go. |
