Title: Hello
Post by: Angel Roxy on April 28, 2015, 04:26:10 AM
I'm new here. I need help. I am engaged to a man who has not been diagnosed as BPD, but has been told he is bipolar in the past. He was seeing a therapist a year or so ago, but now does not see anyone. He has to some degree almost every single traight listed for BPD. I don't know how to handle his extreme depression and extreme suspision. He seems to do well for a little bit of time and then he gets really bad, and I have no idea how to handle it. Any advice?

*welcome*

Glad you found us, BPD can be  a very soul destroying disorder to be around. There is a lot you can do however. The members here between them have seen almost every aspect between them.

The first thing to realise is you can't fix his issues for him, only the way you allow them to affect you.

Start by working through the lessons in the menu on the right>>... .They put resources in a structured and logical way.
