I can understand why you did it and it is hurtful spreading rumors. Do you think that this may reinforce the rumors that she spread?

It is okay to be angry at her. BPD behaviors are certainly frustrating and hurtful. PwBPD can have a distorted sense of reality.

Do your friends in your social circle believe the rumors?

my close friends do, her close friends believe her, although i dont think most people in her life know the real her except her dad.  her dad told me a long time ago during a previous fight that she is bad bad news and that if she wasnt blood, he wouldnt associate with her.  ( her own father said this)... . im starting to think her mom is crazy too, her dad divorced her mom a couple years ago when we met

everyone that has ever got close to her left her... .her dad associates with her, but took away all support about two years ago, strangely she came after me hard.  so ya

Interesting how people who don't quiet know what they are dealing with can sense that something is off and describe it with things like "she is bad bad news". I believe a few years ago I had a run in with a pwBPD. After things blew up her step dad (who also was my boss at the time and is my boss right now) told me - "Believe me when I tell you this, but she did you a favor. I don't know what she does to guys, but she always leaves a massive path of destruction behind" I was replaced with a co-worker who she dated for about 3 years. I obviously don't know any details but last year my boss was talking about hiring the guy into our company and he told me "He is such a nice guy. You wouldn't believe the number P did on him."

Well, pizza is a pretty obscure way to say you're pissed, a little cheesy, but maybe she enjoyed it?  Now me, had you sent me mushrooms and olives I'd have been pissed, but a nice Italian sausage and bell pepper?  Yum!  Kidding.  It could have been worse, you could have burned her house down.  But anyway, has anything changed for you?  I did plenty of drinking after I left her, fortunately I didn't do any drunk dialing, just cried in my beer and talked to people until they would no longer listen, but I eventually got that booze only works in the moment, and the many moments of hangover the next day aren't worth it, and make the whole breakup feel worse.  We're all on a path and we gotta do what we gotta do, so what's changed for you now?

i guess each day that goes by i miss her less and less and its more trying to hang on because i miss the idea of me and her having a good life together.  part of it realizes its probably reallly over now, not just with her but i dont feel the same about her anymore ( im not in love with her anymore ).  i guess it just hurts losing someone and leaving behind a girl wondering if youll ever meet someone again and all that jazz.

its just sad moving on... .  i feel better each day, still working out, still talking to new girls.  met a rad chick the other night, and she was really cool.  so that was nice

i guess i miss being in love with her and having things be so exciting, like you really think this is it, marriage and growing old together and it hurts realizing you have to start with someone new, or even more of a revelation, you take on the task of being happy by yourself.  i guess thats part of growing up as a man.  getting to the level where you dont need anyone and you offer a more healthy self reliant version of yourself to the next woman that may or may not come into your life.  but ya, i still think the pizza prank was hilarious.  ive always been a goof ball, and she knows that
