Title: Just starring into space, sometimes Post by: Hopeless777 on May 16, 2015, 03:25:18 PM About once a day I just catch myself lost looking at something, seeing nothing and having no thoughts. Kind of unnerving. Then I snap out of it and melancholy sets in. Then I snap out of that and get back to what I was doing. Anybody have this happen as well?

Just randomly staring at the wall or out of the window or on the floor. No thought in the brain, just a complete flat line for a minute or two. Then snap out of it. Never had this happen to me before.

I would say that depending on how often you do that and if it becomes limiting to your life and becomes intolerable you may want to consult with a psychiatrist who might prescribe some sort of short term medication. Good luck my friend! :)
