Title: Learning how to let go of my BPD ex
Post by: flying horse on May 25, 2015, 07:32:56 PM
Hello I am new to this site. A friend forwarded it to me as I am just realizing that my recent ex was very probably suffering with BPD. It has been a very challenging several months dealing with erratic and confusing behavior and working to make appropriate boundaries with this person as I grieve the relationship.

Thanks for reading. I look forward to connecting with you about this topic and learning about your experiences with this condition.

in community spirit,

How are you doing?  Many of us came out of emotionally battering situations and found this site helpful, along with seeing a therapist for me, to get our feet underneath us again.  Do you feel like talking about your situation?
