I really do appreciate your support in helping me through this. I'm just scared of hurting you, myself and *******.

I completed step one of the work sheets ****** gave me. My scoring for depression came out at moderate, my anxiety score was severe and my relationship score was unsatisfied. That isn't on your part but mine.

I want to get through this. I am determined to get through this. I want this to be the first of anything that I actually complete and be proud of myself.

That sounds like very good news. I would be thrilled to get that response in any form. I was only with my uBPDgf for 2 months, and now apart for a month. I am very happy for you that you are getting some positive traction
