Title: "would you ever consider talking to me again?" Post by: mks10 on June 02, 2015, 01:08:26 AM This is the text I received last Friday from my xBPDgf followed by another one an hour later that said "I have a lot I need to say sorry for". This was my first reaction:
"IT'S A TRAP"---Admiral Ackbar from Return of the Jedi. I'm sure a few of you have received the same or similar texts. My guess is she just got dumped by some loser or she needs money really bad. I think another recycle would be on the horizon were I to reply but I'm not. It's like they think of the very thing you wanted most after the relationship ends and use it on you when they realize you have left for good. My life is much much better now and I feel so much better about myself and the direction my life is going. My ex is a boat anchor that would sink me again. For reference: 1st break up: April 2013 2nd break up: Oct. 2013 NC(on my part): August 2014 Title: Re: "would you ever consider talking to me again?" Title: Re: "would you ever consider talking to me again?" Post by: Infared on June 02, 2015, 03:29:37 AM This is a great place to come and talk this contact through from your expwBPD through. I think your observations are insightful and that you show a lot of resolve in maintaining no contact. Whenever I got contacted it definitely rocked my world and denying or ignoring that was not helpful... .I just had to process it and do what I thought was the right thing for me. I sought out all the resources that I could for support and worked through it. You sound strong.
