Title: Dr records
Post by: Eco on June 30, 2015, 12:54:53 AM
About a month ago I requested all info on my daughters medical records from her dr as my ex wont give me any info. I got the package 2 days ago and it was very detailed from every visit, It was noted that the dr told my daughter " what a lucky girl you are to have such a great dad" and that my ex took great offence to that statement saying" I feel unappreciated and you don't really know him or the situation" The dr responded " I choose to uplift both parents to the child"

It also states repeatedly that my ex is refusing to vaccinate my daughter and that I am trying to keep communication open and be involved with my ex about my daughter but she refuses.

Also I discovered that when asked about my daughters siblings only my exs kids are listed, my son is not listed as a sibling. also some other false info about me is on the records as well.

I think this documentation will be useful in court, am I naive  to think that?

Having a credible, professional, neutral party like a pediatrician record such things is a very good thing at little cost.
